This two-storey house, you can say three-storey if you go up to its attic, is built in the heart of the old town of Chania, in the historic Rouga Square, just 300 meters from the historic district of Splantzia. Only the exterior walls have been preserved from the old building, which dates from 1850, but were restored from the foundations and completed in the summer of 2020. It can accommodate up to 6 people, 2 people on the first floor and another 4 on the second floor with its attic.

Within walking distance is the Turkish minaret Aga Tzamisi, the churches of Agios Nikolaos, Agioi Anargyroi, Agios Rokkos, Agia Aikaterini, Trimartyri, and so many others.

Our house is located on Sorvolou Street in the heart of the old town of Chania. It is a three-storey house that has all the comforts of a convenient modern home. Each floor has its own bathroom and it is autonomous. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen fully equipped with all electrical appliances.
